Q: How long will it take for my web site to be transferred over to your platform?
A: While we cannot give you an exact time frame, because there are plenty of variables, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to move your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yes. We’ll need the name of the web site that you would like us to move. We will also require a way to log in to your present hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your site.

A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. When the transfer is complete, we’ll make certain that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised prior to informing you that the migration is completed. Then we will tell you how to transfer the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS resource records.

Q: Will my present web hosting provider need to provide any information/help?
A: Nope. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the web site transfer either.

Q: Which hosting providers can you transfer website content from?
A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
